I havre an issue with being charged for unused shipping labels. (2) The
automatic system says they are too late to refund, even though they were
never used. I thought you didn't get charged until you shipped the item?

Sir,You are 100% Correct. Ebay can't even keep our accounts from getting
hacked, fake buyers, etc BUT NOW WANT US TO TRUST THEM WITH OUR #SS AND
BANK ACCOUNTS?!!?! Cmon! I have also been on ebay for over 20 years and
the service gets worse and worse....
