item I sold and shipped the buyer wants a refund. Stating the item was
not as stated. It was a music CD, it wasn't wrong. I think he thought I
would just refund his money. I ask...
You're not alone/ I live in a small town and the same thing goes on.
Some they scan, some they don't. You can wait days and not know where
your package is.
