What happened to the feature that used to be in "My Ebay" that allowed you to see when sellers had left you feedback or not? Where can you go to see that info now?

I have been a user of ebay for many years and always seemed to earn ebay bucks for most of my purchases. Now I don't earn ebay bucks for any of my purchases! Does anyone out there know why that is?

Is anyone out there earning ebay bucks anymore? I have made 15 or more purchases on ebay since the beginning of April and not one of those purchases earned any ebay bucks! Can someone explain to me why that is?
