I know this may seem strange but most buyers really don't care so long
they can pay, most of them don't even have a Paypal account, they have a
credit card and paypal handles it but it matters not to them.
And if the seller issues a refund, isn't there a fine chance ebay will
castigate the seller for violation of policy conducting an off-site sale
/ avoiding fees? I NEVER issue a refund without following proper
