The problem I'm having with some items is I listed with Parcel Select
Ground & eBay did not collect enough $ to pay for any other USPS
shipping options. Fedex or UPS may have some options for close to what
was collected, but I must go back to the buy...
Yep - I got one now. eBay allowed me to chose usps parcel select ground
as the shipping method when posting, but does not give it to me now that
item sold & I'm going after a shipping label. eBay collected $11.29 from
buyer. Priority Mail is $16.14, ...
