Have a new customer to eBay that wants a refund for an item USPS
delivered to her house when she wasn't there - said someone took it.
Wants refund......how is this my problem?????
I have pair of shoes that I refunded customer for. When I go in to
relist them, system says it is a duplicate listing. How should I get
them back to an active status? Thank you.
I know there is a way to do this, but for the life of me, I forgot! When
I sell an item, I want it to disappear from all of my active listings.
