What do you do with a buyer that wants to correspond with you outside of the eBay site?

I have a buyer from outside the US that wants my email address and phone number to talk about the item that they bought but haven’t paid yet they state it is to purchase the item. Buyer has pbeen a member since 2016 and has a 100% feedback
