Trying to check feedback. How do I get to the correct procedure to check feedback can’t figure out how to get to the number of purchases. Thanks

How does one check their feedback. I use to go to messages category, see my handle tap on the number of purchases and see who has left feedback. This is no longer a valid process. ??
