Use crome browser ...if you not get notification after useing crome you
can get help from ebay help...maybe you turnoff your notifications from
settings make sure its not turn off.
Get help from seller....ask from him did you get some payment like your
$53 when he said yes you can get tracking number from seller...if he
said no I did't get any payment. you have to get you'r email information
about paypal payment mail and get he...
Maybe his bank is holding rerefund or not supporting his bank to get
money from other banks..say him to ask from bank...and this transaction
get 7-20 business days.
