Hello, I recently sold an item and the buyer paid for it. I go to ship
the item, then a hour later the buyer said they brought it on accident.
Seems kinda suspicious, what should I do?
The buyer said they opened a claim, but if they did shouldn’t I have
received a email about it cause I did not. Or should I call eBay to see
if one was really created? Also can I cancel when I already shipped?And
if he just returns it without startin...
