There was a dollar amount that eBay suggested for when to use customer
signature for deliveries. Seems like it was items over $599.00 or
something like that.
People stop over analyzing, with it happening to everyone. And we're all
on different browsers and complaining about the same thing. It's
obviously ebay doing it to us, why who knows. You can't contact them,
they do these things for their benefit.......
