Profile picture is missing from listings

My profile picture is missing from my listings and has the message "Add an image to your seller profile

Buyers are more likely to trust sellers that have a photo or logo profile image."

However, when I go to Edit Profile (the link provided), my profile picture is clearly still there. I have not removed anything or made changes - this started happening today (2/22/2024)

I had the same issue. I went to the image on my profile, and even though it is still there, I clicked EDIT and an error a message came up saying the image does not fit eBays minimum requirements of 300x300. Perhaps this is the same issue for you.  Give it a try with a larger image and see if that fixes it.

People stop over analyzing, with it happening to everyone.  And we're all on different browsers and complaining about the same thing.  It's obviously ebay doing it to us, why who knows.  You can't contact them, they do these things for their benefit....PERIOD!!! get use to it.
