I solved the problem by sending invoices instead of packing slips. Only
difference is that the invoice doesn't have a barcode that takes up
space. Am back to getting two receipts per sheet of paper.
I changed my paper size from letter (8-1/2" x 11") to 8"x10" in my
printer preferences. It's printing in a smaller font, but each packing

I only have one choice for "Packing slip". I'm not doing the "Pick
list", if that's what you are referring to as the simple list. On the
"customize" menu, the only item that is checked is the "Ship from
