It's not buyer's remorse to not want a card that is in bad condition
when they paid for a good condition card. Refund when you get it back
and send something of that value in a box next time.
I had that happen to me a few times. When I restart my computer, I am
able to use my credit/debit card. I don't know why but there it is.
Perhaps you should ask your buyer to try that.
