The answer straight from eBay is on "old listings" they send offers
without your knowledge or permission and there is no way for them to
turn it off. The offered 40 percent off several of my items and STILL
CHARGED THEIR FEE.
Based on this logic that ebay uses every single unopened pack of
baseball cars or any cards for that matte violate the no chance listings
as they all have chase cards. Yet no one else is allowed to do it with
anything else. How is that fair or logica...
