I received an item from a seller that was damaged. The buyer refused to
accept a return. I am unable to contact ebay. There is no phone, nothing
where I can get a call back. What can I do.
Actually, I went through all this already . I would have to close all my
bank accounts to keep ebay out of them. I am not selling anything or
buying anything. I think it is the way they like to operate
