Telling me I can make 4 offers then when I try it wont let me, have made many offers before ??

Anyone know if this is a temp issue, or something up overall, never had an issue making offers to potential buyers until today ???

Seems like there has been some change , I need to ship low dollar items like post cards, trading cards, old catalogs, photos. Up till last week, my stamps.com and Ebay even would let me ship 1st class mail. Cost to ship was under $3.00 normally, now ...

I find Ebay the best way to sell online, these days it even beats doing shows.
