So I bought a video game account on eBay, the description said that I
would be the only account owner but later that day people were logging
into the account, when I woke up this morning the password to the email
address was changed and now I cant lo...
I bought something on ebay with a Visa Vanilla gift card, I cancelled
the order and asked for a refund, I got a rerun receipt from PayPal
through my email but when I check my card balance it still says I spent
that money, Is the money gone forever?
