I recently sold an item to a customer after making a counter offer to
them, in which they accepted. The item was then paid for, shipped and
delivered as usual...however, the notification window which says "Your
Counter Offer Was Accepted" will not go...

The rug is 6.5' x 10' and has this stamped metal tag attached. The rug
is very heavy. Again, any help would be appreciated. I've done Google
image searches and other research but can't seem to find out much. I

ramifications it causes. It's not some secret ebay investigation
flagging me because of a mistake I made of listing on...
Geez...really? You find one item that I innocently listed that I had no
idea was restricted and you are using that to somehow justify a new
selling limit on my account? Totally irrelevant to my situation. FYI -
Like everyone else...I do some research...
All they needed was a tax identification number updated...But I had to
follow multiple steps after that, which really wasn't necessary. It's
just like I was a new seller...which I'm not. What should be a simple
task, turns into days of frustration be...
UPDATE: I was successful in getting my selling limit lifted. Had to
answer some irrelevant questions ask from the man in another country,
but it got resolved...Now, however, they are still withholding my
payouts until they can verify my bank account....
