Buyer purchased an item that was fully tested and functional when
shipped. Package was confirmed to have no damage at shipping. Buyer
damaged the item and is now trying to mark the product as defective to
obtain a refund. How do I prevent this?
I've reported the buyer and attempted to resolve the issue with them to
no avail. The only options the dropdown menu provide are Accept the
Return and Give a Full Refund, neither of which I would consider.
