eBay

So the seller won't respond to my messages I bought 2 items from them. When I got them they where damaged. I opened a case of both items but I cannot print the labels for either item to return them. What should I do?

Ebay bucks dont show up in my ebay I cant check my balance 

When i go to my ebay there isnt anything about ebay bucks or my summary. I tried logining into the Canadian site still nothing shows up. I've tried to uninstall and reinstall. Ive tried the desktop version. I posted a picture of what my screen looks ...
