Ebay bucks

When i go to my ebay there isnt anything about ebay bucks or my summary. I tried logining into the Canadian site still nothing shows up. I've tried to uninstall and reinstall. Ive tried the desktop version. I posted a picture of what my screen looks like.

There is no communication preferences under my ebay as well

The page to view the eBay Bucks transactions is only available in a browser in the desktop version, not the app or mobile version. You must already be signed up for eBay Bucks to view your eBay Bucks transactions.

IF you are using a mobile browser, go to ebay.com, request the desktop site (typically using the three dot menu of your browser), and then open all links in the same browser tab. Go to your Summary page and use the link on the left side for eBay Bucks.
