shipping. When I go to print the shipping label the cheapest rate to
ship is usps ground advantage @ $3.90. Th...
When listing my item to sell, it qualifies for the Large Envelope
shipping @ $1.83. When item sold the only cheapest label available is
$3.90 usps ground advantage. I can no longer purchase the $1.83 shipping
label. Why?
Ebay does offer those services at the time item is listed but declines
at the time of the sale. Ebay should not allow this in the first place!!
