Seller stopped responding, and the item is available, but seller never
shipped. eBay says I’m not eligible for a refund, because the window
closed for me to open a case.
I filed an appeal, and actually spoke to an agent. Because this seller
was in clear violation of this. And never shipped my item, and stopped
responding to me. No wonder they have tons of negative feedback
recently… UghThanks for the help…
