I had a refund from ebay and a portion of it was supposed to be sent to my spendable funds, however it was never given!
Need a refund for shipping label I already paid for before buyer canceled return.

I used spendable funds $54.31 and the rest on my visa debit. The remainder $44.42 was refunded to my visa debit. The $54.31 was stated to be refunded to spendable funds but never appeared.
