Spendable funds from refund not sent!

I had a refund from ebay and a portion of it was supposed to be sent to my spendable funds, however it was never given!

Could you provide more information? What was the refund for? What other payment method did you use besides spendable funds? Was the other method a gift card?

I used spendable funds $54.31 and the rest on my visa debit. The remainder $44.42 was refunded to my visa debit. The $54.31 was stated to be refunded to spendable funds but never appeared.
