I was just notified that I lost my Top Rated Seller status but can't figure out why. I checked my 'Seller Dashboard' but can't tell what area needs improvement. Anyone know where to start?

How should I handle this situation? He claims he meant $103 not $310. eBay shows 2nd chance offer = $300 because of his error. Without his error, real 2nd chance = !49. How to proceed?
