Allstate warranty on my defective A/C is Horrible

Seller sells 2 year warranty under Allstate program warranty and I file a claim and they not offer repairs or replacement on my window A/c unit but some junk items from china.Has this happen to anyone else here? Please reply ! Alan

Ebay has no Artificial intelligence in place to stop fraudulent sellers to get big money for free. Thiese accounts may a have few sells and positives feed backs but there are a scam but still leave them active? I think it's some kind of free interest...

Ebay locks you out from filing a claim for a nondelivery item even after 56 days! Ridiculous! Even if from overseas!

Protecting Dead Beat Sellers

Why does Ebay protect notorious dead beat sellers by removing feedback after filing a complaint? Sure you get your money back in 2 weeks or so but you cannot give any feed back on the deadbeat seller! It's just another cover up by Ebay!
