So. Tricky situation . There are some listings that has bid/offer option
enabled. Somehow buyer puchased item for a price lower than actual
listing price without making offers. At least I have not accepted it
personally. After contacting Ebay support...
Probably you are right about one of these options. At least I have not
enabled auto offer option intentionally. 100 USD down from 400 USD . So
user offer became 300 USD in the end. I checked Offer

Oh. Thank you so much. That is it, somehow sending Automatic offer is
enabled. Still I cant understand where from does Ebay takes Automatic
offer amount - I have not entered it manually, and I dont remember that
there was any offer with current offer...
