To be clear, you have tracking which states item was received.

If so, here in the US we would call ebay, upload the tracking, and ask that they close the case while remaining on the phone.

If you have online proof of delivery you provide that by responding to the case with that number. If your proof is only on paper, you have little chance of winning your case since eBay requires ONLINE proof of delivery.

eBay won't support you without that proof being online.
