EBay needs to create a new drop down titled "Sri Lanka" to help clean up
the boards. Apparently they have a lot of problems and none of us have
the time, energy or expertise to research their unique problems.
Since you can pay for your shipping out of available funds why does it
matter? And you do know that just because they sent the funds doesn't
mean they can't pull them back.
