How can a seller have ebay remove my negative feedback? I put in something like this: "Paid 4.8 and took 6 days to stick in the mail 8/14. Item is 100 mi away and I could have driven there faster. Poor communication. Bummer". What that wrong??

Last I knew, it was 20 free listings a month without an insertion fee. Is it the same? Thanks.
