This is not true, My second biggest selling platform, Discogs, allows me to sell using only my Paypal account ,and disputes allow both sides to state their case. this new Ebay way, is anything the Buyer says or claims is LAW, get ready to get scammed...

Well autocharged or autodrafted, My point is it does not go into a "dispute" phase, there will be years of scammers that abuse this. No Thank you, I am out.
