In short, a buyer requested a return for an item. I had no plans to
accept the return but I accidentally approved it when I was reviewing

He’s using a **bleep** reason. I sold him some shoes that were listed as
pre-worn/pre-owned. He’s saying a hang tag is part of the shoe. The tag
wasn’t included in the shipment, wants return or discount.
