What do u do when buyer says item has not arrived and I have tracking
that says it has. And sent them a copy of tracking? She wants a refund.
Has not even been 24 hrs since it said it was delivered.
I have downloaded the tracking and she is still pressuring me for a
refund. I did suggest going to post office. She got irate with me and
said they were excuses and does not believe. Very rude. So I sit and
wait on eBay to check it out and resolve?
