This issue drives me crazy...i am sick of looking at this damned
declined bid or offer....i will cancel the listing and relist the item
becsuse Ebay do t give a sbit about the issue...otherwise tbey would fix
it...
These scammers most often target new listings and new unexperienced
sellers.You will most always get a full price offer for an item
...however they will not follow through with a purchase... They ask you
to Text them at a nomber to ask questions and ...
I say that you sre letting someone steal your joy... You are also
letting some lazy reseller side track you into wasting time fighting
when you could be listing more items...Listing is the key !!!! lower the
price on your item and win the buyer over.
