Buyer said that the item came damage, so i gave her partial refund. But
then she claim that the item hasn't arrived, while the tracking number
shown that the packaged delivered. And now ebay hold my funds. What
should I do?
I send package through Indonesia Post, which have partneship with USPS.
So, when you have shipment to US via Indonesia Post, you can track the
shipment via USPS and they will distribute the package. Nice versa.

from ebay, i got email confirm that i dont responsible to give any
