I couldn't send an invoice, it didn't show me anything on my end except
the amount it sold for. Poor guy messaged me with a screenshot from his

I just went through this. Apparently it is because of the VAT
(Valued-Added Tax) which Ebay is required to collect and adds to buyers
cost. each country has a %. My buyer was in Belgium (21%) so about $60
was added to a $280 item So he understandably...
Ok thanks, how do I list an item so they know to check their VAT first
before bidding? Seems like noone reads descriptions anymore and most
sellers never even do a description (just 1 Sh!T photo and done UGH!)
