I just wanted to say that I really wish Ebay had the capability to
inform buyers that made a purchase which they never received, why they
didn't receive it. My case in point is my brother has been selling here
since 2005. He has the Ebay endorsement ...

for shipping and I am using my printer, ink and paper, why are they
charging me for them, also, why does that price vary?
