A potential buyer tells me a popup note appeared indicating I do not
ship internationally. However I am enrolled in the eBay international
shipping program so there is something wrong. Any ideas about how to fix
this?
Potential buyer was informed by eBay I don't ship internationally. I

Thanks! Issue was instead of entering the item number and continue, I
was supposed to hit the 'This is not about an item' button and continue
- even though it was about an item! Then I was able to compose the msg.
