Where in my message folder is 'compose'?

I included "free shipping" in my description but somehow eBay has me charging for shipping. I want to let the bidder know shipping fees eBay charges will be refunded by me. But I can't find a 'compose' button anywhere!

Go to

Seller Hub > Orders > Paid & shipped

Locate the order.  Click the down-arrow, click CONTACT BUYER and then type your message.

Thanks! Issue was instead of entering the item number and continue, I was supposed to hit the 'This is not about an item' button and continue - even though it was about an item! Then I was able to compose the msg. Things can get pretty weird these days.
