So Before we start, I'm aware of ebays return policy. If someone "claims" a defect there is no recourse for a seller. I thought there may be some recourse, because the buyer changed their story a couple times. It certainly does not seem to be the cas...
Customer received item (furniture) wanted to return because of mistaken purchase. We do not accept returns. eBay says because item was (not as described) we needed to provide return shipping and refund money. We did not. We did not misrepresent item....
Sold items that were partially broke during shipment. Buyer agreed to a partial refund, but I somehow managed to hit the accept refund button. Is there anyway to fix this?
