I can't get to my print labels section. It keeps saying the sever is

looked up the tracking and it says it was delivered with location date
and time. I sent them a copy. They still want the item. What is my
responsibility on this? I assume it was stole...
I have a question on entering weight and box size when listing an item
to sell.If the box size is 8 1/2" wide for example, do I enter 9"? or
8"?If the weight is 2lbs and 8.5 oz for example, do I enter 2lbs and

If a buyer purchased two 'buy it now' items and the auto pay charged the
buyer for two shipping amounts will eBay reimburse them the difference?

website. I found a number when googling the company and the number was
discontinued. When trying to make a comment on the website it sent me in
a circle with no place to submit.
