I haven't received any notifications from ebay for the last 4-5 transactions. I have missed shipping items because I was never notified about purchases. My settings are still set correctly and there is nothing I can do but complain

I have now had to cancel an order and those transactions from my bank. I opted out as soon as they implemented their shipping policy. They did it again without telling me and now it becomes a pain

What's my chances of a refund? Should I just stop using ebay all together. They let scammers continue to sell the same item even after called out by several people who got scammed
