I recently returned an item that didn't match the description. The return was shipped and tracking shows it has been delivered.
But when I check on the status, it says I need to take action and ship it back before the end date. It's only been 2 days since it was delivered so no refund yet.
Is this a glitch I should be concerned with?

@depewrich I recommend contacting customer service if the case is saying that you need to ship still.
