I mailed item from Texas on 2/14 but due to extreme weather item is
delayed. Buyer now wants refund but when I try to claim lost item with
tracking on ebay standard envelope shipping am now expected to wait 30
days to file claim. How is that fair
I had to call customer service was advised it was on their end that the
void available tab was not showing up but they did cancel the 3 charges
that double billed.
Yes myself I have several that still show in transit and cannot get
current tracking. I attempted to file a claim with ebay for lost item
but have to wait 30 days to file claim.
