I am new, and I have done this about 80 times on my different listings I
would estimate, sent an offer to my "watchers" in the last 3 months. Not
one responded to my offer. The only response I got was after the 48 hour
offer period expired, a few day...
I stopped doing "offers to watchers" as out of maybe 100 times I did
"make an offer to your watchers" only 1 watcher responded and that was
