When I go to list items on eBay and put in the shipping information, no
prices show up for USPS and no eBay discount options show up. What is
going on????
I sold 15 wallet cards and shipped them out in a 9 x 4 x 1 envelope via
eBay shipping. The envelope was torn in half and the cards were missing.
