Is it legal for seller's who have items up for "Auction" to bid and/or
have others bid on the items? Especially, when there is "No Intent" to
actually purchase the item up for "Auction"... ONLY reasons of getting
more money?

They ALWAYS to have the answers for me (even about another question I
had once about eBay bucks... They're The BEST... Except for this

Thank you for your reply! I didn't receive any and when I contacted eBay
(actually I asked them to call me) the Rep never answered my question
and when we got disconnected, she never called me back... As she said
she would do?:(
