Ok so I have a return opened by a customer who claims my listing was not as described. They claim to have shipped the item and ebay is messaging me saying buyer says that they shipped the return and it should have arrived by now however it hasn't and...

I really just don't understand why we are charged fees based upon the total amount of sale after sales tax is figured in. We're being taxed upon our buyers tax. SMH. I enjoy selling on ebay but can't get over this.
